What is the outlook video recording and PDF?

• The outlook video recording and PDF will be a 12-card reading. One card for each month will be drawn and explained in a video recording. As part of ongoing reflection, you will also be given a PDF with your reading that provides questions/exercises for continued work throughout 2025. You can think of this as a visual road map.
   

What and how long is a group gallery reading?

• The group gallery readings will be member only group calls each full moon and new moon, via Zoom, where I will give a group reading and occasionally I may draw single card readings for those who join the calls. These will be scheduled as 1 hour, twice a month.
   

What and how long are the personal readings?

• Each personal reading will be a LIVE 30-minute card reading that will be conducted via Zoom. During this readings you will have the options to ask questions and receive personal coaching.
   

What's the refund and cancellation policy?

• Refunds can only be provided for individuals who choose the yearly reading and only partial refunds will be given. The refund amount will be based on how many services were rendered at the time of the request. For example: if one month of services has passed, a refund will be given minus one month's fee.

• Cancellations for monthly memberships can be done at any time by logging into your member account. Monthly fees will not be refunded after any service for the month in question has been rendered.
